What is COMP_MDM.INF?

An COMP_MDM.INF file is developed by Motorla, Inc. This file is used to install the driver for Motorola V878 and V690 phones. The file supports all Microsoft Windows platforms from Windows 95A through Windows XP.  By default this file is stored in C:\Windows\system32\  in  32 Bit, If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place COMP_MDM.inf in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\.
