How to Remove the lmgrd viruses from PC

What is lmgrd.exe?

lmgrd.exe is a legitimate file. It is a process that belongs to macrovision application-generic license server. Since it is third party software, it is stored in c:/Program files under the folder of macrovision. The malware programmers or cyber criminials write malicious program to spread the infection via Internet with the name Imgrd.exe.

How to check if your computer is infected with imgrd.exe malware?

When the system performance is very low or the browser crashes down or if the system hangs often then go to the task manager by pressing the combination of keys ctrl+alt+del then go to the process tab and right click on the imgrd.exe and open the location, if the location is C:\Program files then the system is safe and secure, if the file existing in another unrelated folder or location then the system is affected by virus.
