What is cgichkmasterpwd.exe?
Originally developed by TrendMicro, Inc., cgichkmasterpwd.exe is a legitimate file process. This process is known as cgiChkMasterPwd.exe and it belongs to Trend Micro OfficeScan. It is located in C:\Program Files by default.
cgichkmasterpwd.exe virus is created when malware authors write virus files and name them after cgichkmasterpwd.exe with an aim to spread virus on the internet.
