What is au.exe?
au.exe is a legitimate file. This process is known as Acelogix Software AC Utility which is for system maintanance. It belongs to Ace Optimizer Utilities and was developed by Acelogix Software. It is commonly stored in C:\Program files. Malware programmers or cybercriminals write different types of malicious programs and name them as au.exe to spread virus.
