TscHelp.exe is a legitimate file and the process is known as TechSmith HTML Help Helper. It belongs to software Snagit and developed by TechSmith.  It is commonly stored in C:\Program files. The malware programmers or cyber criminals write the different types of malicious programs and name it as TscHelp.exe to damage the software and hardware.
