What is HLC23.exe?
Originally developed by e-merge GmbH. HLC23.exe is a legitimate file process and that is associated with WinACE Self-Extractor. It is an important component of WinACE Self-Extractor and is located in C:\Program Files by default.
HLC23.exe virus is created when malware authors write virus files and name them after HLC23.exe with an aim to spread virus on the internet.
