What is Gpmonitor.exe?
Originally developed by Microsoft Corporation, Gpmonitor.exe is a legitimate file process and also called as Win32 Cabinet Self-Extractor that is associated with Microsoft Windows Operating System. It is located in C:\Program Files by default.
Gpmonitor.exe virus is created when malware authors write virus files and name them after Gpmonitor.exe with an aim to spread virus on the internet.
