What is Fixblast.exe?

Fixblast.exe is a legitimate process file popularly known as W32.Blaster.Worm.  It is associated with product Symantec W32.Blaster.Worm Fix Tool developed by Symantec Corporation. It is located in C:\Program Files by default.

Malware programmers write virus files with malicious scripts and save them as Fixblast.exe with an intention to spread virus on the internet.
