What is ACT20.exe?

Originally developed by Microsoft Corporation, ACT20.exe also known as Application Compatibility Toolkit Stub, that is associated with Windows Operating System.  It is located in C:\Program Files by default.

ACT20.EXE virus is created when malware authors write virus files and name them after ACT20.EXE with an aim to spread virus on the internet.
