What is SETUPSE.EXE?
SETUPSE.EXE is a legitimate file. This process is known as Microsoft FrontPage Server Extension Setup Bootstrapper. It belongs to Microsoft SharePoint and was developed by Microsoft Corporation. It is commonly stored in C:\users\{user}\downloads\office xp\sharept\setupse.exe.
Cybercriminals write different types of malicious programs and name them as SETUPSE.EXE to spread virus.
