Originally developed by  AppWork UG, jdownloader.exe is a legitimate file process and also known as JDownloader Setup for Windows that is associated with Windows Operating System. It is an important component of JDownloader Setup for Windows and is located in c:\users\%USERNAME%\downloads\ by default.

jdownloader.exe virus is created when malware authors write virus files and name them after jdownloader.exe with an aim to spread virus on the internet.
